衞生和市區的老牌酒店還是有差距，有小蟲子和灰塵。 服務態度真的可以幾乎説沒有，家屬把周生生Chrome手串落在了酒店，我們打電話過去説掉東西，明確説了是bracelet，對方假裝聽不懂，直接掛電話。後來我們又撥打了幾次，就直接不接了。很糟糕。

Had an amazing stay here! The view was beautiful, and the whole place had a really chill, relaxing vibe. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome. Perfect spot for a getaway. Would definitely come back next time!

Everything about Lane Retreat was perfect—the place and scenery were absolutely beautiful, just as we expected. However, one thing felt a bit lacking. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had paid $130 for the special preparation. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed to find just a few roses and a handwritten note, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. We had to make additional efforts to prepare for our special day ourselves. This is simply a recommendation: for special events, it would be wonderful to go the extra mile to ensure customers feel truly celebrated. That being said, Lane Retreat is an incredible place overall, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would still highly recommend it to others!
